Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

This Current Report on Form 8-K is filed by Urban Edge Properties, a Maryland real estate investment trust (“Urban Edge” or the “Company”), and Urban Edge Properties LP in connection with the matters described herein.

On October 11, 2018, Michael Zucker, Executive Vice President - Leasing, notified the Company of his resignation effective November 15, 2018 in order to pursue a new career opportunity. Following Mr. Zucker’s departure, the leasing department will continue to report to Christopher Weilminster.  Chris recently joined Urban Edge as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer after a 28-year career at Federal Realty Investment Trust.
