Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 17, 2018, Arcosa, Inc. (“Arcosa”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Trinity Industries, Inc. (“Trinity”), filed a further amendment to its Registration Statement on Form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), in connection with Trinity’s previously announced intention to spin-off its infrastructure-related businesses to Trinity shareholders.
