On July 23, 2018, Heartland Financial USA, Inc. (NASDAQ: HTLF), announced that its board of directors approved an eight percent increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.14 per share on the company's common stock payable on August 31, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2018. As of June 30, 2018, there were 34,438,445 common shares outstanding listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol HTLF.

Dubuque, IA, July 23, 2018 - Heartland Financial USA, Inc.
