Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 20, 2018, Patrick F. Noonan resigned from the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Saul Centers, Inc. (the “Company”), and from the Board’s Audit, Nominating and Corporate Governance, and Compensation Committees. Mr. Noonan's resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company about its operations, policies or practices.
