On March 2, 2018, Diffusion Pharmaceuticals Inc. (the “Company”) received a written notice from the staff (the “Staff”) of the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that the Company was not in compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) because the bid price for the Company’s common stock had closed below $1.00 per share for the previous 30 consecutive business days.
