On February 20, 2018, the Board of Directors of MVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: MVBF) (MVB) declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per share to shareholders of record March 2, 2018, payable March 15, 2018.

MVB Financial Corp. Declares First Quarter 2018 Dividend

FAIRMONT, W.Va. (Feb. 20, 2018) - MVB Financial Corp. (NASDAQ: MVBF) (MVB) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.025 per share payable on March 15, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 2, 2018.

This is the first quarterly dividend for 2018 and is equal to the March, June, September and December 2017 payouts of $0.025 cents per share.
