(b)(c) As previously disclosed by Spirit AeroSystems Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 14, 2017 (the “December Current Report”), effective immediately after the filing of the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the 2017 fiscal year on February 9, 2018, John Gilson was appointed as the Company’s Principal Accounting Officer. Mark Suchinski, the Company’s former Principal Accounting Officer, continues to be employed by the Company in an operational role.

 

The disclosure required by Item 5.02(b) and (c) is set forth fully in the December Current Report and, accordingly, the December Current Report is incorporated herein by this reference.
