Item 8.01.    Other Events.
On October 17, 2019, pursuant to the Senior Secured Revolving Credit Agreement (as amended, the “Credit Agreement”) among SilverBow Resources, Inc., as borrower, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent (the “Administrative Agent”), and the lenders party thereto, dated as of April 9, 2017, the Administrative Agent notified the Company that the borrowing base under the Credit Agreement has been set at $400 million as part of the scheduled semi-annual redetermination.  All terms of the Credit Agreement remain unchanged.
