Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On January 30, 2020, Trinity Industries, Inc. approved a one-time, long-term incentive compensation grant for Eric R. Marchetto, Senior Vice President and Group President, of 47,439 restricted stock units (the “RSU Grant”). The RSU Grant vests in three equal installments on the third, fourth, and fifth anniversaries of the grant date.
